Our small wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and Swiss stone pine relaxation room is available to our guests free of charge.
Available by arrangement:
Massages, horse-drawn sleigh rides, curling, bowling, guided ski tours, hiking and cycling tours. Horse riding, fishing and hunting opportunities can also be arranged.
LungauCard:
During the summer season, the LungauCard is included and offers free admission and discounts on numerous attractions and activities.
Guest Mobility Ticket:
Free use of public transport throughout the province of Salzburg.
Deposit:
Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of a deposit of €90 per person.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations made within 1 month prior to arrival: 70% of the agreed price.
For cancellations made within 1 week prior to arrival: 90% of the agreed price.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival, your room will be available by 3:00 pm at the latest.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am.
Late arrival / early departure:
Please understand that in the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the agreed room rate.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
